Shipping Timeline
Most orders ship within 3–5 business days after your shipping address is confirmed. During peak seasons (November–December), allow up to 7 business days.
- Standard shipping: 5–8 business days after dispatch
- Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days (available at checkout for select locations)
- Free standard shipping on orders over $150
- We ship to all 50 states. International shipping available — contact us for rates.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Track via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on carrier.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind every pair. If you're not satisfied, we'll make it right.
- 30-day return window from date of delivery
- Boots must be unworn and in original packaging for full refund
- Worn boots with manufacturing defects qualify for exchange or store credit
- Email us at txhandcraftedleather@polsia.app to initiate a return
- Return shipping paid by customer unless item is defective

Leather boots fit differently than athletic shoes. We recommend measuring your foot and consulting the chart below. When in doubt, size up — leather stretches and molds to your foot over time.

Boot Break-In & Care
Genuine leather boots require a short break-in period. Here's how to do it right:
- Wear new boots for short periods (1–2 hours) the first few days to let the leather conform to your foot
- Use a quality leather conditioner before first wear to soften the leather and protect against moisture
- Cedar boot trees help maintain shape and absorb moisture when not in use
- Clean with a damp cloth, condition monthly with leather cream or neatsfoot oil
- Store in a cool, dry place — never in direct sunlight or near heat sources
- Resoling extends boot life by years — take them to a cobbler when soles wear thin
